Job Description :
Domain knowledge of Commodity Trading
• Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, writing user stories, supporting developers building bespoke solutions, data analysis, agile practices
Desirable criteria:
• Domain knowledge of Crude Oil trading
• Domain knowledge of arbitrage trading
• Domain knowledge of blending oil in a trading environment
(OR)
Expert Business Analyst Gas and Power Trading - Internal Market
• Someone who has worked with trading platforms before (Trayport, TT, etc)
Understands :
• The behavior of commodities traded in European gas, power and emissions markets on electronic avenues (futures, forwards, options etc)
• Interaction between electronically executed trades and recording in the ETRM
• Compliance monitoring requirements of electronic trading
• Exposure to /algorithmic execution
• Strong BA skills in terms of stakeholder management, requirement elicitation etc
• Decent technical skills (e.g. understands SQL, code branching etc.)
