Business Analyst (Telecom) (Only W2)

Role: Business Analyst Location: Stamford, CT (Onsite) Experience :10+ Years About the Role This role will support the Service Reliability organization and their mission to improve the customer experience through analytics focused on impacts of network outages, impairments, and maintenance events Must Have’s:10+ years of experience as a business/data analyst or similar role Must be proficient in SQL and Excel in a data warehouse environment for data validation and ad hoc analysis Must have experience collaborating with ETL development teams to integrate new data or modify existing data into data warehouse, existing reports, and new reports Must be able to communicate analysis/findings to senior leadership/executive audience in business/functional terms Must be curious, a self-starter, a team player, detail-oriented, and strong organizer/communicator who is effective in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT location Nice To Have’s Telecom/Charter experience a plus AWS Redshift, Strategy (Kafka MicroStrategy), Tableau experience a plus Thanks and regards reina reina@ampstek.com
