The BA will be responsible for end-to-end engagement across the Project Development Lifecycle, supporting solution design, testing, and delivery, while building strong relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform requirements gathering and compile formal Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents, securing approvals as required.
• Cover all aspects of Business Analyst engagement throughout the Project Development Lifecycle, including solution design, documentation, testing, and delivery.
• Formulate and present proposed solutions to business users, ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Develop testing approaches, test plans, and test cases, and perform System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Support business users with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and compile/present test results.
• Complete project/workstream status reports and ensure all project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
• Identify, escalate, and track issues or risks to project or line management.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support technology initiatives, including presenting solutions to other parts of the organisation as needed.
• Promote a dynamic, delivery-driven culture, working closely with business units to provide responsive, value-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal security, governance, and regulatory procedures.
• Build relationships across the organisation, establishing a strong peer network and fostering collaboration.
• Support the implementation and rollout of AI-powered tools within the Legal function, bridging business and technology teams to ensure successful adoption.

Essential Experience:
• Experience working within Banking or Financial Services environments.
• End-to-end Business Analyst experience supporting technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and formal sign-off processes.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including test planning, system integration testing, and UAT.
• Exposure to AI-powered tools or automation platforms, ideally for productivity or documentation.
• Experience working between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in regulated environments, with an understanding of governance and compliance requirements.
Highly Desirable:
• Experience working with or supporting Legal teams or Legal technology projects.
• Exposure to AI tools for transcription, meeting capture, or document automation.
• Experience implementing productivity or collaboration tools within corporate functions.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, or data security in enterprise environments.
