Summary Do you have experience of providing business analysis and data expertise, on a complex investment asset data operating model improvement programme? This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading asset management organisation, in reviewing and enhancing its Investment Asset Data Operating Model as part of a large programme of work. The focus is on establishing current state processes and data flows, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting process and data improvements aligned to a target operating model. The project needs a consultant who has: • strong senior business analysis capability within complex enterprise environments • experience working with data-centric operational processes in regulated organisations • strong process modelling expertise across end to end and SIPOC frameworks • understanding of investment asset data and end to end investment lifecycle processes Key Services The key services that you will be asked to provide are: • establish and validate current state operational processes and supporting data flows • produce end to end process models and SIPOC artefacts • analyse data to identify quality, reconciliation, duplication and ownership issues • define business and data requirements aligned to programme objectives • support process simplification, EUC reduction and removal of manual processing • contribute to system consolidation and integration rationalisation • engage stakeholders to support alignment to the target operating model • produce detailed L5 process models including activities, controls and data flows Mandatory Requirements Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate: • proven senior business analyst experience in complex enterprise environments • experience working with data centric operational processes within regulated organisations • strong process modelling capability across end to end and SIPOC approaches • understanding of data lineage, metadata and reconciliation challenges • strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capability • experience within investment or investment operations environments Optional Requirements It will also be advantageous if you have: • experience working with cloud based data platforms such as Snowflake • experience using ARIS for business process modelling • experience using AI enabled tooling to support data lineage analysis and metadata insight ADDITIONAL NOTES: • • • Data Privacy Please note that by applying for this opportunity, you are agreeing to our data privacy policy, and understand that we may send you details of similar projects and invitations to future events.
