Role description
This is a remote position.
The Business Analyst plays a key role in gathering requirements, documenting current and future-state processes, and supporting workflow digitization efforts for a large operational modernization program. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders, process engineers, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet organizational needs and are adopted successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and observations.
β’ Develop process maps, use cases, user stories, and workflow documentation.
β’ Support the design of future-state processes aligned with organizational goals.
β’ Assist with change management activities including communication planning and training coordination.
β’ Facilitate requirements sessions and ensure alignment among stakeholders, technical teams, and process engineers.
β’ Validate requirements against business needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
β’ Prepare documentation for workflow implementation, testing, and rollout.
β’ Track and document project progress, decisions, and requirements changes.
β’ Support user onboarding, training materials, and process adoption efforts.
Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
β’ 3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or process documentation.
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and translate complex business processes.
β’ Experience collaborating with both IT and business stakeholders.
β’ Familiarity with workflow design tools and modern digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, Power Automate).
β’ Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
β’ Ability to produce clear, detailed documentation and process diagrams.
