Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Remote Pay Range: up to $65 What's the Job? • Provide comprehensive business analysis support throughout all phases of a SaaS low-code platform implementation project. • Facilitate data collection activities, work sessions, and document reviews to accurately capture and refine business requirements and user stories. • Track solution requirements and employ software tools to ensure traceability through design, development, and implementation phases. • Participate in test planning, conduct user acceptance testing, and support solution deployment activities. • Assist in identifying project challenges, conducting research, stakeholder communication, and documentation of project deliverables. What's Needed? • Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience as a business analyst on large-scale projects within California state agencies or departments. • Proven experience facilitating end-to-end business and solution requirements processes, including design workshops and stakeholder approvals. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in business analysis or related fields. • Experience working within waterfall, agile, or hybrid project delivery frameworks. • Strong skills in facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, defect tracking, and validation.
