Role description
• Location: United Kingdom, Reading • Target start date: 01/07/2026 iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. About The Job As Business Analyst VIE within our Business Insights & Analytics team, you will be responsible for brand performance reporting, brand forecasting and supporting the Insights & Analytics (I&A) team with primary market research and data management, to deliver robust, strategic insights to brand and leadership teams at Sanofi. As a part of the I&A team this individual will partner with brand teams for launch and growth products, as well as preparing for future launches. You will be responsible for advanced analytics and sharing insights from various sources of data. Main Responsibilities • Collaborate with I&A team supporting on key strategic and analytical tasks. • Collaborate with brand team leadership in key activities, such as brand planning, performance reviews, new indication launches, and assessment of new initiatives. • Collaborate with other GTMC (Go-to-Market Capabilities) pillars for One Customer Intelligence Performance analytics. • Collaborate with brand team to develop and measure KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for brand strategy/tactics. • Support local Data Management Lead with key focus on onboarding UK/Ireland data into Global data foundations, harmonization across platforms, introduction of data standards, and governance across business teams. • Coordinate with Data Management Lead to ensure insights are based on reliable, high-quality information. • Partner with local brand teams on use cases for the Turing AI Engine, ensuring alignment between strategic needs of the brand team and the technical build team and ensuring robust data management of relevant datasets. • Support Head of Business Intelligence with project management and planning for new initiatives. Experience About you • 2+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech forecasting/insights/analytics role. • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry data sources in the market (IQVIA data, syndicated reports) and primary market research methodology will be a plus. Soft And Technical Skills • Business acumen, with well-developed communication & presentation skills. • Good analytical and forecasting skills. • Proficiency in analytical platforms, CRM data systems (Veeva, Salesforce), data visualization and business intelligence tools (Power BI) and data management tools (Snowflake). • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Effectively and confidently communicate to various audiences, including senior leadership. • Synthesize complex data/ideas to simple, actionable insights. • Strong learning agility and high degree of curiosity. • Strong focus on detail, accuracy, and ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning. • Strong work ethic and personal motivation. • Ability to think strategically in an ambiguous environment. • Strong communication and presentation skills in English both written and verbal. Education • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Computer science/Data Management/Applied maths. Languages • Fluent English (written and verbal).
