Role description
Business Analyst required on an initial 3-month contract basis for a leading Financial Services company based flexibly from their Swindon HQ. You’ll act as the vital link between business goals and technology solutions - translating complex needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring the successful delivery of both functional and technical outcomes. Working across the full project lifecycle, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, shape solutions, and drive change forward. You’ll support digital transformation initiatives by applying Agile methodologies, including both Scrum and Kanban, to manage evolving requirements and enable continuous delivery. To be considered, you must have: • Proven experience as a Business Analyst • Financial Services exposure • Strong skills in translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications • Solid experience with data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau) • Business process analysis and reengineering skills • Good understanding of structured analysis and project management methodologies • Hands-on experience supporting Agile delivery (Scrum & Kanban) in digital transformation projects • Ability to interpret and analyse complex datasets to derive actionable insights • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing organisation with bold ambitions. The rate on offer is between £500-600 / day, determined inside IR35, based flexibly from Swindon.
