Pay Rate up to $55/hr $55.56 per hour Job Summary Join our Wealth Management Operations team to lead automation initiatives. This role combines technical development with business analysis and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with operations to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions using RPA platforms like UiPath and Power Automate, along with scripting languages such as Python, VBA, and SQL. Ideal candidates have operational process knowledge, automation project experience, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities & Capabilities • Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities, evaluate feasibility, and prioritize initiatives. Document requirements and expected outcomes. • Develop and deploy automation solutions using RPA tools and scripting technologies. Ensure scalability and performance, supporting UAT and operational readiness. • Act as a liaison between technology and business teams, providing training and guidance for new processes. Promote organization-wide support for automation initiatives. • Monitor and support automation operations, resolving incidents quickly. Conduct root-cause analysis and implement enhancements for continuous improvement. • Provide updates on project status and benefits. Escalate risks and communicate milestones effectively. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with around 5 years in process automation within financial services, preferably Wealth Management Operations. • Experience with RPA platforms like Alteryx, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Automate. Proficiency in Python, VBA, or SQL for custom automation scripts. • Understanding of Wealth Management Operations processes such as trade processing, settlements, and client reporting. • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design robust solutions.
