Business Analyst

Robert Half is seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst with Quality Assurance experience to join our growing team. The Role We’re seeking a hybrid BA/QA Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, small team setting. This dual-role position is split approximately 50/50 between: • Business Analysis: Understanding and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. • Quality Assurance: Ensuring our applications meet high standards through rigorous manual testing and user acceptance validation. You’ll work closely with our Operations and Development teams to ensure every solution is well-planned, thoroughly tested, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Business Analyst (50%) • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. • Create detailed documentation including workflows, user stories, and BRDs. • Translate business needs into developer-ready tasks. • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. • Act as a liaison between operations and customers when needed. Quality Assurance (50%) • Design and execute manual test plans for end-to-end application validation. • Conduct UAT with developers and operations to ensure deliverables meet expectations. • Track and prioritize bugs/issues for resolution. • Recommend tools or frameworks to enhance testing efficiency. • Focus on the end-user experience to ensure quality outcomes. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance. • Strong documentation and communication skills. • Manual testing expertise and UAT experience. • Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Experience in Telecom Expense Management or related industries is a plus. • Familiarity with tools like Jira or other open-source project management/testing platforms.
