Title: Lead Business Analyst with AI
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Client Location: St Petersburg, FL (Hybrid)
Business Analysis & Requirements Management: 7+ years of experience in business, systems, or product analysis with expertise in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements, including user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process flows.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Strong experience partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable delivery artifacts in Agile environments.
Process Analysis & Solution Design: Proven ability to analyze and improve business processes, workflows, decision logic, exception handling, and operational controls, including both rules-based and judgment-based decisioning.
AI, Automation & Enterprise Technologies: Experience using AI-assisted tools for requirements development and supporting AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, system integrations, APIs, data mapping, enterprise modernization, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, and Miro.
Financial Services, Governance & Compliance: Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments with knowledge of compliance, risk, audit, privacy, data governance, model governance, testing, UAT, and production readiness.
Leadership & Core Competencies: Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, mentor junior analysts, coordinate analysis across initiatives, and drive high-quality delivery.
