Business Analyst Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote Rate: £450 - £470 per day DOE Status: OUTSIDE IR35 Clearance: Eligible for SC Clearance Start Date: ASAP Summary: My market leading client are looking to secure the services of a contract-based Business Analyst to assist with critical project work for a government customer. Ideal consultants will come from a strong consultancy background with a proven track record of supporting public sector transformation projects. Consultants will need to be able to start ASAP. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and capture business, technical, security, and governance functional and non-functional requirements. • Analyse and produce a range of requirements and design artefacts, including user stories, use cases, process maps, workflows, and acceptance criteria. • Define requirements for policy-based data discovery, data access requests, data access enforcement, and associated data governance. • Maintain clear and explicit requirements traceability from and support Product Backlog prioritisation. • Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing, pilot activities, business readiness, and business acceptance activities. Essential Experience • Proven experience delivering complex digital and data platforms and programmes. • Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process modelling skills. • Strong experience of fast-paced agile delivery based on Scrum. • Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, security specialists, and business stakeholders.
