Role description
Weβre working with a client embarking on a major transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a high-impact migration between two case-management systems. β’ Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements across a range of stakeholders
β’ Supporting development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
β’ Producing and maintaining Source-to-Target (S2T) mapping to drive accurate data migration
β’ Working closely with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the lifecycle
β’ Taking part in Agile ceremonies and contributing to iterative delivery
β’ Highlighting risks, dependencies, and practical solutions
What weβre looking for:
β’ Strong background as a Business Analyst within software development or system migration projects
β’ Hands-on experience with gap analysis, requirements definition, and documentation
β’ Proven ability to create S2T mapping for data migration
β’ Solid understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
β’ Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder-management capability
It would be a bonus if you have:
