Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities Requirements & Stakeholder Alignment • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify business objectives, functional and non‑functional requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria. • Translate requirements into detailed UAT test scenarios, test scripts, and documentation. • Facilitate alignment between business teams, vendors, and technical partners to ensure shared understanding of scope, dependencies, timelines, and expected outcomes. Testing Leadership & Coordination • Lead end‑to‑end UAT planning and execution across vendor and business teams, including scheduling, traceability, issue tracking, and formal acceptance. • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional validation, workflow behavior, system integrations, data integrity, and edge‑case scenarios. • Assist business stakeholders with hands‑on manual testing of new features, enhancements, and complex end‑to‑end processes. Quality Assurance & Defect Management • Review and validate vendor‑provided test cases, execution evidence, and defect documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business intent. • Manage the defect lifecycle, including logging, triage support, retesting, and confirming fixes to ensure timely resolution. • Ensure all delivered functionality meets acceptance criteria and aligns with business goals through rigorous validation and proactive communication. UAT Support & Agile Participation • Support business users during UAT by preparing scenarios, clarifying requirements, guiding execution, and ensuring feedback is actionable and traceable. • Participate in Agile ceremonies to provide clarity on requirements, surface risks early, and contribute to continuous delivery improvements. • Recommend enhancements to strengthen requirement clarity, test coverage, stakeholder communication, and overall solution quality. Qualifications • 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise system implementations. • Prior experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) highly preferred. • Strong understanding of UAT planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management. • Ability to translate business requirements into functional documentation and test cases. • Experience working across vendor, business, and technical teams. • Comfortable working in Agile environments and participating in iterative delivery cycles. • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
