Business Analyst

In the role of Business Analyst, you will be a key contributor to mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Here is what you will do: Key Responsibilities:- • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges. • Translate business goals into detailed functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and cost–benefit assessments for proposed solutions. • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities. • Ensure timely communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment. • Validate implemented features against business requirements. • Track fast-paced project changes and ensure updates are documented and coordinated. • Guide integration efforts across platforms using technologies such as APIs and SQL-based pipelines. • Ensure new features and changes do not disrupt existing system functionality. • Lead cross-functional coordination to support ongoing enhancements. Driving Innovation, Empowering Insights Desired Skills & Qualifications:- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in product or technology-driven organisations. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in different environments, with strong hands-on SQL. • Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting. • Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirement management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise competing demands. • Ability to work independently, lead projects, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain organised processes. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams.
