Must have the following; Experience in capital markets compliance space (Title VII regulations preferred). Domain knowledge of financial asset classes is required. Sound knowledge of financial markets & financial instruments is required- Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income and over the counter financial products is a must. Strong experience in JIRA documenting stories and working with the leads to prioritize them Strong understanding Front, Middle & Back Office functions is mandatory Solid experience running medium to complex SQL queries for data analysis Strong experience and skilled at using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Visio +++++++++++++++ Business Analyst with strong experience in reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs. The role involves documenting the business requirements, defining scope and objectives and documenting supporting artifacts such as data scoping and assessment, and end to end flow. In addition, the role needs data analysis skillset which is critical to the project that role is tied to. 5 to 8 years of experience in Information Technology with a strong experience in JIRA documenting stories and working with the leads to prioritize them Prior work experience in investment banking compliance space (Title VII regulations preferred) and domain knowledge of financial asset classes is required Hands on skills in writing medium to complex SQLs for data analysis is a must Responsible for discussion with business partners, draft BRD/product manuals , draft data scoping and assessment document for end to end flow, understand business flows in the trade surveillance space. Responsible for reviewing results in UAT environment and schedule meetings with end users to discuss UAT results, co-ordinate sign off requests, co-ordinate with program /project manager to ensure project schedule is met. Experience in Agile software development methodologies and related toolsets is required. Work with end users from business side to explain data flows, provide analysis of data, present reports in MS Excel, power points to help business partners make decisions. Work as part of a globally blended team of resources (both Associates and consultants) Participates as an individual contributor on projects, completing activities as a part of a team related to special initiatives and/or operations.
