Sound knowledge of financial markets & financial instruments is required- Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income and over the counter financial products is a must. The role involves documenting the business requirements, defining scope and objectives and documenting supporting artifacts such as data scoping and assessment, and end to end flow. Experience in Agile software development methodologies and related toolsets is required. Work with end users from business side to explain data flows, provide analysis of data, present reports in MS Excel, power points to help business partners make decisions. Work as part of a globally blended team of resources (both Associates and consultants) Participates as an individual contributor on projects, completing activities as a part of a team related to special initiatives and/or operations.
