This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, and ensure successful delivery of system enhancements. The analyst will gather requirements, maintain the development backlog, support end users, and contribute to continuous improvement of order management workflows. Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Oracle-related applications is beneficial. Oracle Fusion Order Management experience is a plus (nice to have), but not required for this position. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Requirements Management • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clearly document business requirements for enhancements, process improvements, and new features. • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Create, refine, and manage JIRA work items (enhancements, defects) including clear problem statements, acceptance criteria, proposed solutions, reproduction steps, and test plans. • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to support SDLC activities. Process Expertise & O2C Support • Develop a strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and integrate that knowledge into system and process recommendations. • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT teams to ensure alignment between business operations and system capabilities. • Assist in optimizing order capture, fulfillment, pricing, and reporting processes independent of specific application technologies. Systems & End‑User Support • Support day‑to‑day business operations through troubleshooting, ticket management in ServiceNow, and direct coordination with end users. • Investigate and reproduce issues, partnering with technical teams to drive timely resolution. • Provide functional support, system walkthroughs, and end‑user guidance on new features, enhancements, and workflows. Testing & Quality Assurance • Conduct Quality Assurance testing in lower environments to validate accuracy of enhancements or defect fixes. • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), partnering with business users to secure approvals and ensure readiness for deployment. • Ensure delivered system features integrate effectively to meet business objectives. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Communication • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review status, discuss requirements, and address ongoing issues. • Communicate timelines, risks, and deliverables clearly to business and technical teams. • Manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a dynamic work environment. Reporting & Tools Usage • Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications for documentation, analysis, and communication. • (Nice to have) Work with Oracle BI Publisher for scheduling or reviewing report jobs. • Provide feedback on performance impacts of new and existing features and support continuous improvement. Preferred (Nice to Have) – Not Required • Experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Contracts, or related Oracle Cloud modules. • Exposure to order management system configurations, O2C integrations, or ERP workflows.
