Business Analyst

Required Skills and Experience • Experience translating business needs into formal requirements. • Experience creating functional and technical documentation. • 2 years’ experience doing functional design and requirements in Salesforce. • Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. • Experience with Salesforce Lightning capabilities and familiarity with Flows, Approval Processes, and other Salesforce automations. • Ability to create reports in Salesforce. • Familiarity with Salesforce data models and metadata. • Ability to communicate technically complex concepts in easy-to-understand terms. • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with both technical and non-technical staff. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience establishing, documenting, and maintaining procedures and processes. • Experience with relational databases and complex data structures; ability to create basic SQL queries. • Knowledge of end-user data manipulation and report creation tools. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to facilitate internal end-user training on new or substantially modified systems. • Ability to facilitate User Acceptance Testing sessions. • Experience triaging bug and enhancement tickets and diagnosing system problems. • Knowledge of data security and encryption. • Ability to keep up with IT advancements. • Excellent organizational skills. • Highly motivated self-starter. • Ability to balance multiple assignments and prioritize competing demands. • Ability to work independently and with teams. • Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems. • Strong Salesforce software expertise. • Experience with Jira. Education and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field and two years of experience in systems analysis work; or • Associate’s degree and five years of experience in systems analysis work; or • Certificates from recognized programs that indicate mastery of tools and techniques relevant to the assignment may substitute for up to six months of experience.
