Skills and Qualifications • Understanding of agency management systems and system-driven workflows, preferably within the employee benefits or insurance domain. • Ability to analyze system architecture, data flow, and usability to improve business processes. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and recommend effective solutions. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with experience handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. • Experience using AMS platforms, ticketing systems, project tracking tools, and standard office software. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Education and Experience Required: • Degree in information systems, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. • Practical experience configuring systems, managing data structures, and supporting integrations across platforms. • Prior experience working with an agency management system in a professional setting. Preferred: • Experience with employee benefits-focused AMS platforms and day-to-day system administration. • Involvement in system implementations, migrations, or large-scale enhancements. • Experience serving in a system administrator or product support capacity. • Familiarity with multiple AMS platforms used in the insurance space. Additional Experience (Nice to Have): • Early-career experience in employee benefits systems or insurance operations. • Exposure to agency workflows, data processes, and system utilization within the benefits domain.
