Role description
Business Analyst (SC Cleared)
Outside IR35 | Up to £425/day | Hybrid (London or Leeds, 1–3 days onsite) | Initial 6-Month Contract
Active SC Clearance is essential for this role. Unfortunately, candidates without current SC Clearance cannot be considered.
We're supporting a leading technology consultancy in the appointment of multiple SC Cleared Business Analysts to join a large-scale financial services transformation programme.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of business-critical initiatives within a highly regulated environment, with strong potential for contract extensions.

• Loans, Securities & Capital Markets
We're also keen to speak with experienced Business Analysts who have a strong background in Banking & Payments transformation.
Responsibilities
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and produce high-quality business analysis artefacts.
• Write functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and process maps.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation and business readiness activities.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience Required
• Active SC Clearance (essential).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services.
• Strong Banking & Payments experience.
• Experience delivering change within Trading, Investment Banking and/or Treasury environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working on complex transformation programmes.
Experience in One or More of the Following is Highly Desirable
• Financial Crime (AML, Fraud Detection, Sanctions)
• SAP / ERP Transformation
• Data Analysis, Data Modelling, Data Quality or Reporting
• CRM Transformation
• Loans, Securities or Capital Markets
• Financial Markets, Settlement or Post-Trade Processes
