Business Analyst

We are searching for a Business Analyst who will play a vital role in supporting and delivering key Data Platform, CRM and ERP initiatives. This role will focus on requirements gathering across multiple data domains, modernising legacy systems, and enabling better decision-making through reporting, dashboards and strong data governance. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand current processes, identify gaps, and translate requirements into clear documentation that supports system improvements and long-term data strategy. Responsibilities • Gather, analyse and document business requirements across Data Platform, CRM and ERP projects • Work closely with sales, operations and membership teams to understand data relating to sales ordering, sales performance and membership activity • Support the modernisation of legacy systems, helping to bring outdated platforms up to current standards • Translate business needs into clear functional and data requirements for technical teams • Design and support the creation of reports and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making • Collaborate with data and technical teams to ensure accurate data mapping and usage • Assist in defining, documenting and maintaining data governance processes and standards • Produce high-quality documentation, including process flows, requirements documents and governance artefacts • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout delivery
