Role description
Overview Our client, is seeking a Business Insights Analyst to support key initiatives by transforming complex data, business insights, and project updates into clear, compelling, and visually engaging deliverables. This role sits at the intersection of data, storytelling, and executive communication, and is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in PowerPoint, data visualization, and analytics, with the ability to confidently present to senior leadership. What You’ll Do • Build polished, high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive and stakeholder audiences • Translate complex data and business concepts into clear, visually engaging narratives • Create charts, graphs, and graphics to simplify and communicate insights effectively • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track project performance and key metrics • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights • Partner with project managers and stakeholders to gather, structure, and refine content • Present findings and updates to senior leadership and executive audiences • Support ongoing project reporting, communication, and documentation efforts • Ensure consistency and quality across all presentation and reporting materials What You Bring • 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, project analysis, or presentation development • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and inform • Advanced proficiency in: • Microsoft PowerPoint • Power BI (data visualization, dashboarding, reporting) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data • Ability to translate complex information into clear, executive-ready insights • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have • Experience presenting to executive or senior leadership audiences • Background in financial services or a regulated environment • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMO support) • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
