Business Analyst

We’re hiring a sharp, hands-on Business Analyst- delivering AI, machine learning, and data products to front-office stakeholders, with additional exposure to the firm’s Enterprise Data Platform. This is not a passive BA role. You’ll operate at the intersection of data science and investment banking, translating loosely defined business needs into actionable requirements, owning UAT, and driving outcomes in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. What you’ll do: • Partner with bankers and data scientists to shape AI/ML product requirements • Own UAT end-to-end (test plans, execution, issue resolution) • Act as the bridge between technical teams and front-office stakeholders • Support firmwide data demand intake and prioritization What we’re looking for: • 5+ years as a BA in financial services (front-office exposure required) • Experience supporting AI/ML or data-driven products • Strong stakeholder management + ability to operate in ambiguity • Familiarity with data platforms like Databricks, BI tools, and/or SQL/Python is a plus • If you’re someone who brings structure to ambiguity and thrives in fast-moving environments, this is a high-visibility role with real impact.
