Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive the successful delivery of technology-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, working within Agile environments, and supporting modern technology platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and AI-based solutions. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and partner with development teams to implement scalable solutions. • Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. • Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements. • Support configuration and testing of system features, including objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports. • Assist in managing projects and system enhancements to ensure timely delivery and compliance with business needs. • Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and documentation. • Conduct user training sessions and support change management initiatives. • Stay current with technology platform capabilities and recommend best practices. Required Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst. • Proven experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. • At least 2 years of experience working with modern platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or AI-based technologies. • Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe) – must be reflected on resume. • Experience using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
