Education And Experience » • Creating and maintaining artifacts such as requirements traceability matrices (8 years) • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills Knowledge, Skills And Abilities » • Expert SQL skill/ability to navigate and query a relational database - Please don’t submit candidate without SQL experience (5 + years) • Candidate should be able to work on multiple projects per business priority • Looking for a strong practitioner with experience in business requirements elicitation and documentation (8 years), data mapping and data analysis (7 years), requirements verification, creating use cases, process flow diagrams, reporting and quality assurance as primary job responsibilities. What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for leading and facilitating the communication with IT staff, business customers and other stakeholders from a wide array of backgrounds, implementation services, and support services to assist in the development, implementation and support of business intelligence. • Ability to document and speak competently to business objectives, gaps, needs and problems. Once documented, can leverage the knowledge and materials to help the IT team devise product and process solutioning that can be delivered to meet the defined needs of the business users. Works closely with the business users to document business processes. Focuses on specific business user needs such as how data is to be summarized, used in day-to-day operations and formatted in reports and dashboards. Interested?
