Required Skills:
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, UAT, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting end-to-end project delivery.
