Role description
Technical Skills
• Server, application, and infrastructure migration experience (preferably to enterprise or government data center environments such as Texas DCS).
• Systems operations management, including software procurement, licensing, configuration, and disaster recovery.
• SQL Server administration (configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting).
• Network support fundamentals and experience with enterprise networks.
• IT architecture knowledge, including infrastructure, information architecture, applications, and organizational architecture.
• Familiarity with information architecture and information management methodologies.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and ability to apply them to enterprise or government systems.
• Understanding of data protection practices, security tools, techniques, and standards.
• General knowledge of existing and planned software technologies and enterprise architecture components.
