Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst/Product Owner to lead the development and management of innovative products and solutions in the Telecom Domain. This role combines strategic product management with hands-on analysis, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products that drive growth and efficiency. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and a broad technical skill set will empower you to shape product roadmaps, prioritize features, and facilitate seamless communication across teams. Duties Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation to define clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize product backlogs using tools like Jira, VersionOne, or TFS to ensure timely delivery aligned with strategic goals. Collaborate with development teams in Agile and SAFe environments to plan sprints, conduct stand-ups, and facilitate sprint reviews and retrospectives. Develop wireframes and prototypes using Balsamiq or UML diagrams to visualize solutions for user interfaces and system workflows. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), create test cases, and validate that delivered features meet business needs before release. Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, specifications, test plans, and project progress using Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel. Engage in continuous analysis of analytics tools like Looker to monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and inform future development efforts. Facilitate communication among technical teams (Java developers, SQL database administrators) and business units to ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables. Support integration efforts involving APIs, SaaS platforms, IoT devices, or IT infrastructure components while ensuring compliance with IT governance standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in software development projects utilizing Agile, SAFe, Waterfall methodologies. Strong understanding of SDLC processes, including requirements gathering, analysis skills, wireframing, test case creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation. Technical proficiency with AWS cloud services, SQL databases, HTML/CSS/JavaScript for web applications, Git version control system, Jira project management software, TFS or VersionOne tools. Familiarity with mobile applications development environments and APIs for system integrations. Knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, databases; experience with SaaS solutions is a plus. Excellent leadership qualities combined with exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly across diverse audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with experience using analytics platforms like Looker for data-driven decision making.
