Role description
Job Title: Business Analytics Manager
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 01/12/2026 to 01/11/2029
Must Have:
β’ Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
β’ Experience in business, financial, operations, or analytical roles.
β’ Strong analytics, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skillset
Key Responsibilities
β’ Compile, analyze, and present complex data and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting R&D and business objectives.
β’ Monitor, track, and report on organizational and departmental performance using dashboards and KPIs, with a focus on R&D projects and initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with R&D SMEs, Operations, Finance, and other business partners to define requirements, scope, and value for new developments and analytics solutions.
β’ Lead business analysis activities, including process mapping, gap analysis, and recommendations for improvement in R&D operations.
β’ Support leadership with regular performance updates, insights into gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
β’ Facilitate stakeholder communications and ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and product features.
β’ Develop and maintain documentation for analytics processes, configurations, and changes.
β’ Apply knowledge of technological tools, data structures, processes, and analytics to diagnose and improve performance, while supporting R&D informatics and data analysis team development.
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in engineering, mathematics, business, finance, healthcare, or related field.
β’ 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or business performance roles, preferably within R&D or scientific environments.
β’ Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (with expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint), and MS Teams.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across global, virtual teams.
β’ Proven history of achieving results and driving business performance in R&D or technical domains.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
β’ Experience in business, financial, operations, or analytical roles.
β’ Strong analytics, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skillset
β’ Passion for technology, innovation, and customer success, especially in AI and data-driven solutions for R&D.
β’ Experience with dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and performance reporting for leadership.
β’ Undergrad with Finance and Data Analysis skills that are immediately available are ideal
