Role description
Insight Global is seeking a Data/Business Analyst to join a leading banking client within their securities transformation program! This individual will support continuous improvement initiatives across bonds, repos, and broader Global Markets functions.
This position will be a contract through until end of the year (Inside IR35) for now, with the possibility to convert to full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door at a large organisation. This will be a hybrid position and you will be expected to attend the office in London, Bromley OR Chester, 3x weekly.
Targeting the following skillsets:
β’ Strong business and data analytics experience, ideally within a process or operating model context.
β’ Experience within securities in an investment bank (bonds, repos, or broader markets).
β’ Proven ability to design and visualise endβtoβend processes and workflows.
β’ Ability to craft clear, concise dataβdriven stories for senior stakeholders.
β’ Strong ability to challenge, question, and improve existing processes.
β’ Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
β’ Ability to work across technology, operations, and frontβoffice teams.
