Role description
job summary:
This is an exciting, 12-month contract opportunity based onsite in Dallas, TX, to act as a pivotal Technical Business Analyst for the launch and continuous optimization of a co-branded debit card product.
This high-impact role requires a blend of deep financial analysis, payments industry expertise, and technical skill to build the data infrastructure necessary to measure and drive product performance. You will be instrumental in translating raw transaction data into actionable strategies that optimize product adoption, usage, and retention.

responsibilities:
Work directly with the Product Management team to build the reporting tools,
dashboards, and infrastructure to support the analysis and monitoring of the debit
product
• Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor product performance and usage
• Analyze and manage payment transaction data
• Uncover insights on acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention trends
• Recommend and prioritize strategies to address performance gaps or potential
areas of opportunity to drive adoption and usage
• Support development and execution of product enhancement roadmap for this
product
• Partner cross-functionally with various product, marketing, sales, operations, and
issuer stakeholders on projects and initiatives
• Bring industry best practices and insights to contribute to the debit card product
roadmap
• Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to
recommend opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
qualifications:
2+ years experience within the card or payments industry
2+ years of financial analysis experience
Experience with Tableau, SQL, Python a plus.
Strong understanding of the payments industry, including debit card products, regulations, and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
