Business Data Analyst

Position: Business Data Analyst Location: ulsa, OK 74172 Start Date: 12/01/2025 Duration: 6 month contract Must Haves: • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or supporting database development • Experience with power platforms, specifically building applications, power pages, and power automation • Strong communication skills both written and verbal Plusses: • Experience in the oil and gas industry Day to Day: Insight Global is searching for a Business Data Analyst to join a large oil and gas company in Tulsa, OK. The Business Data Scientist I plays a key role in leveraging data to drive business decisions and innovation. This position focuses on building advanced analytical models, generating actionable insights, and applying artificial intelligence and business intelligence tools to identify opportunities across the organization. The role involves working with large datasets in a hybrid cloud environment, collaborating with internal partners, and developing scalable, automated processes for data analysis and reporting. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. Compensation: $47/hr to $49/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
