Data Analyst – Leicestershire
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12+ Months
Rate: £275 per day (Umbrella)
Location: On-site 3 days per week
An exciting, long term opportunity has arisen for a Market Leading client of ours, based in Leicestershire. They're looking to onboard a strong, well communicated Data Analyst to support on a critical data programme. The role will focus on data interrogation, cleansing, analysis, and process improvement, helping the business quickly establish and enforce rules of action to drive accurate reporting and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with stakeholders to define, document, and implement actionable data rules.
• Carry out data cleansing activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Analyse and prepare datasets for reporting and operational use; using PowerBI for data presentation.
• Strong experience with Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on knowledge of Snowflake (data warehousing).
• Proficiency with Python for data analysis and transformation.
• Previous experience working with ERP systems/data.
• Proven ability to perform data cleansing and deliver high-quality datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with non-tech stakeholders.
• Create and maintain workbooks, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure data requirements are delivered as per deadlines.
