Role description
Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business/Data Analyst - Senior Level in Plano, TX. Duties Include: β€’ Analyzes non-IT business problems and articulates requirements to support process improvement opportunities β€’ Creates framework for assessing financial payback β€’ Identifies alternative solutions and makes recommendation β€’ Prepares documentation of current and desired state β€’ Develops requirements and builds a common understanding between process owners and solution developers β€’ Role demands ability to assess process performance, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience in preparing ROI statements for proposed investments Requirements β€’ Proficiency in Python, SAS, SQL, with hands-on experience in Snowflake and Tableau; Familiarity with VS Code, GitHub Copilot, and Agentic AI is a plus β€’ Analytical & Statistical Acumen: Proven ability in critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and performing ad-hoc analytics using descriptive, diagnostic, and inferential statistics β€’ AI/ML Experience: Experience or Exposure with supervised (e.g., regression, decision trees) and unsupervised (e.g., clustering) modeling techniques β€’ Project & Data Management: Demonstrated experience owning complex analytics projects, comfortable working with large and potentially messy datasets β€’ Communication: Ability to clearly articulate complex findings to diverse audiences (technical and executive) β€’ Professional Attributes: Initiative, strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric focus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
