Business Data Analyst

Role: Sr. Business Systems Data Analyst Duration: 1 Years Location: Durham, North Carolina (Hybrid) !Roles and Responsibilities1. Demonstrated ability working with business/functional leads to understand the business process flows and source system (SAP/SFDC) dependencies.2. Experience collecting requirements and artifacts for data model design and implementation.3. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.4. Validate the accuracy and relevance of the models by analyzing their outputs and ensuring alignment with business objectives.5. Provide ongoing support to business users, addressing their questions and concerns related to data analysis and reporting.6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.7. Understanding of Data quality and governance best practices/methodologies8. Create and maintain user guides, reference manuals, and training materials as appropriate. Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical role. • Prior experience working with Finance and Billing data (Quote to Cash, GL) • Prior experience in at least one ERP systems is preferred (SAP, Oracle or SFDC) • Experience creating visualizations with Tableau. • Strong SQL skills, ability to perform optimized querying involving multiple tables and subqueries; • Strong problem-solving, quantitative and analytical abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
