Business Data Analyst

Job Title: Business Data Analyst Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Duration: Until October 2026 Responsibilities: • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and governance across international markets • Develop intuitive dashboards and reports to deliver actionable business insights • Perform deep-dive analysis to identify customer pain points and operational inefficiencies • Support A/B testing and experimentation to drive continuous improvement • Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and enhance predictive analytics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights to stakeholders Skills: • Strong SQL expertise for data extraction and transformation • Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, or similar) • Knowledge of big data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Spark • Proficiency in Python or R (preferred) • Understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation methods • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science • Experience in customer success, operations, or digital experience domains preferred • Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI is a plus • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (preferred) If you are interested kindly share your updated CV on manjusha.kumaran@empresaria.com Let's connect to discuss more.
