Role description
We’re looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst (8+ YOE) experienced in turning complex, unstructured project and PMO data into clear insights and executive-ready dashboards. The ideal candidate combines strong data management, analytics, and visualization skills with a passion for storytelling through metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consolidate and organize large data sets across multiple PMO tools and sources
• Build and automate Qlik Sense dashboards and KPI reports for leadership
• Identify data gaps, improve data quality, and define repeatable reporting processes
• Develop insights on project pipeline, ROI, business impact, and performance trends
• Drive master data management and best practices across teams
Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven expertise in Qlik Sense, data visualization, and BI reporting
• Strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) and data re-engineering
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, Confluence, Google Workspace, UiPath Insights, GitHub, and Excel
• Skilled in creating ROI metrics, KPI frameworks, and executive-level reports
