We are seeking a Business Data Analyst with a strong blend of Data Analysis and Business Analysis skills (50/50). The ideal candidate has experience in the multifamily domain and a solid background in mortgage financial data.

Responsibilities:
• Build, manage, and optimize databases with strong SQL skills, including complex queries and multi-table joins.
• Perform in-depth data analysis, manipulation, and interpretation.
• Translate data insights into both technical and business context.
• Gather and document business requirements, support UAT, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
• Background in multifamily operations or mortgage-related data.
• Experience with enterprise financial institutions is a plus.
