Business Analyst (Data)
Rate: £310 per day (Inside IR35)
Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required
Location: Newcastle, Manchester or Birmingham (40% onsite)
We’re looking for experienced Data Business Analysts to join a large-scale government data transformation programme. You’ll work within Agile Data Platform teams to define business requirements, engage stakeholders and support the delivery of trusted, well-governed data products and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and manage business requirements.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders.
• Refine backlogs and facilitate Three Amigos sessions.
• Analyse data processes and data flows.
• Support data governance, including data quality, lineage and data dictionaries.
• Ensure solutions align with security, policy and governance standards.
Essential Skills
• Proven Business Analyst experience in data-focused projects.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality.
• Active SC Clearance.
