Business Engagement Manager – Data & Analytics

We’re Hiring: Business Engagement Manager – Data & Analytics 📍 Location: Sheffield / Birmingham, UK (Hybrid – 2 days onsite) 📅 Contract Duration: 6 Months About the Role We are looking for a Business Engagement Manager to act as the key liaison between our Data & Analytics teams and the wider UK business. This role ensures effective communication, alignment, and collaboration across value streams, helping drive strategic adoption of data and analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) • Promote awareness and adoption of data and analytics products and services • Support delivery of data-driven initiatives aligned with business goals • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong business relationships Requirements • Total Experience: 8+ years, with 5+ years relevant in data/analytics or business engagement • Proven experience in stakeholder management, data governance, and analytics adoption • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to bridge business and technical teams • Experience with SQL, BI tools, and data delivery methodologies (desirable) • Location: Preferably Sheffield / Birmingham, UK (hybrid working)
