About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Report Server Administrator to oversee and manage enterprise reporting platforms including Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in report server configuration, user and license management, performance tuning, and platform security.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in administering enterprise reporting platforms.
• Hands-on administration of:
• Power BI Service and Power BI Gateway
• Tableau Server (installations, upgrades, permissions, performance tuning)
• SAP BusinessObjects (CMC, Universe security, scheduling, auditing)
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, SSO, and integration with IAM tools.
• Experience with monitoring tools and logs to analyze server performance and errors.
• Solid knowledge of server backup and disaster recovery strategies for reporting platforms.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (Azure) and hybrid reporting environments.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python) for automation is a plus.
• Familiarity with audit compliance and data governance policies.
