Business Intelligence Analyst

Sigma (Business Intelligence) Analyst – Contract (Full or Part-Time) We’re supporting a high-growth, data-driven business seeking an experienced end-user of Sigma Computing to help drive insight, reporting, and decision-making across the organisation. This is a hands-on role for someone who has operated on the business/user side of Sigma — not just implementation — and understands how to turn live data into actionable outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models within Sigma • Translate business questions into structured analysis and insight • Work directly with stakeholders (finance, ops, commercial) to drive decision-making • Leverage Sigma’s spreadsheet-style interface to explore live data and surface trends • Improve reporting processes, data quality, and self-serve analytics capability Required Experience • Proven hands-on use of Sigma as an end user (not purely engineering/implementation) • Strong background in business intelligence, analytics, or data analysis • Comfortable working with large datasets and cloud data warehouses • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Desirable • Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments • Familiarity with Snowflake or similar • Exposure to commercial, financial, or operational analytics Contract Details • Type: Outside IR35 Contract (full-time or part-time) • Duration: Flexible (initial 3–6 months typical) • Location: Flexible / hybrid • Start: ASAP
