Role description
Role: HR Product Manager – People Analytics (Workday Report Writer) Employment Type: 11–14 Month Contract (Maternity Cover, starting Sept 2026) Client Type: Tier-1 Global HR Tech & Enterprise SaaS Pioneer Location: Central London, UK (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite per week) Compensation: Up to £61.34 per hour (Gross PAYE) The Opportunity We are looking for an analytical, consultative HR Product Manager to join our internal People Experience team. In this highly visible “HR for HR” role, you will own the internal product roadmap for custom dashboards and reporting suites. Your mission is to empower site leaders and international HR partners with the live data they need to support over a hundred global office hubs. What’s In It For You • Pioneering Environment: Gain unmatched experience working inside the internal People Analytics engine of a global enterprise software leader. • Exceptional Scope: Lead the pilot and testing of brand-new, cutting-edge agentic AI technologies applied directly to HR reporting. What You’ll Be Doing • Direct Workday Build: Own the end-to-end design, configuration, and maintenance of custom Workday reports and dashboards (specifically, internal “Hub Health” site metrics). • Enablement & Training: Lead interactive, peer-to-peer training and enablement sessions with international HR Business Partners to drive dashboard adoption. • Product Strategy: Partner with the “Site Experience” team and international leaders to translate operational needs into systemic dashboard updates. • Future-Proofing HR Tech: Collaborate on the adoption of seasonal reporting, end-of-quarter analytics updates, and testing of new agentic automation features in Workday. What You’ll Bring • 3–5+ years of experience bridging the gap between HR systems and business stakeholders (e.g., from an HR Tech background, as an analytical HRBP, or a Workday Reporting specialist). • True Workday Reporting Mastery: This role requires native Workday configuration. You must have deep experience writing advanced, matrix, and composite reports inside the Workday ecosystem (not just extracting data to visualise in PowerBI or Tableau). • Superb Communication: The ability to explain complex data sets with natural warmth and clarity to non-technical partners. • This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
