Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Duration: 6+months Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) PR: $80/hr - $107/hr on W2 Interviews will be 2 rounds, the first one being virtual and the second in person. Job overview This position is best suited for a data analytics or business intelligence professional with 3 to 5 years of experience supporting analytics, reporting, and decision-making across HR and finance data. Business intelligence analysts commonly transform complex data into insights, build dashboards, define performance metrics, and support business stakeholders with reporting and analysis. Core responsibilities • Design and maintain position-level change tracking and analytics across HR and finance data. • Translate complex position lifecycle events such as creation, elimination, modification, replacement, and overlap into clear, auditable data flows and dashboards. • Work with messy, event-driven data from multiple source systems and turn it into usable business insights. • Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations stakeholders to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making. • Build dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs that improve visibility into workforce and position changes, which aligns with common BI analyst responsibilities such as creating reports, maintaining metric definitions, and enabling better business decisions.
