Job Role: Business Intelligence Analyst Location: Hudson, MA Max Pay Range: $75/hr. to $78/hr. #GRPA Job responsibilities Seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric for data modeling, dashboard creation, and stakeholder collaboration. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or BI roles Proficient in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service, Dataflows) Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling Experience with cloud-based and on-prem data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, SQL Server) Hands-on implementation or architecture experience with Microsoft Fabric Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business data requirements Design and validate data models within Data Warehouses Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI Translate business questions into technical queries using DAX and SQL Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation for high data quality Develop KPIs aligned with business goals Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency Conduct user training for Power BI users Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
