Business Intelligence Analyst Location: (Onsite) at any of the client location in NC, TX, NY, CA, IL. Work Schedule: 9-5 ET Contract duration: 06 Months Contract Pay: $70 – 80/HR on W2 About the Role We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Churn Team. In this role, you’ll leverage data to help the company understand customer behavior, monitor churn trends, and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reports. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly influence strategies to improve customer retention. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL and BigQuery to gather and organize customer churn data into structured, documented tables. • Develop dashboards and reports in Looker and Google Sheets based on business requirements. • Design and document data models to aid in visualization and interpretation of data. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data sources, define metrics, and ensure data quality and validation standards. Must-Have Skills • Strong proficiency in SQL • Experience with Looker (dashboard creation and reporting) • Hands-on experience with BigQuery Preferred Skills • Experience with GoogleSQL dialect or similar • Advanced Google Sheets skills • Hands-on experience writing scripts and building dashboards using Looker/BigQuery • Prior experience in customer churn, retention, or subscription analytics is a plus Education: • Bachelor’s in related field is preferred Experience: • 5+ years of experience in related roles About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
