Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst 5 to join their team. This is a senior-level Business Intelligence Analyst position focused on driving data-informed decision-making across multiple business groups. The person in this role will analyze complex datasets, uncover performance trends, and deliver executive-level insights that influence strategic direction. Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst 5 Location:Fully Remote Pay Range: $64/hr - $68/hr What's the Job? • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across business units. • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions. • Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals and present findings through compelling storytelling. • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers. • Lead and support multiple high-impact projects ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. What's Needed? • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, data analytics, or related discipline; advanced degrees preferred. • 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field. • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and modeling. • Experience with SQL and familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
