We’re working with a growing UK retail business looking to hire a Power BI Developer / Data Analyst to help improve reporting and data visibility across the organisation.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2 years’ Power BI experience who wants to play a key role in building better dashboards, improving management reporting, and helping the business move towards a more structured data environment.
You’ll work closely with an internal analyst and a range of stakeholders to turn business data into clear, actionable insights.
What you’ll be doing
• Building and improving Power BI dashboards and reports
• Working with stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements
• Transforming raw data into clear business insights
• Supporting the development of a more structured management information (MI) framework
• Improving reporting across areas such as sales performance, stock visibility and operational metrics
• Contributing to wider data and reporting improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
• 2–3 years’ Power BI experience
• Strong dashboard and reporting development skills
• Experience working with business or operational data
• Ability to translate business needs into meaningful reporting
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
