Business Intelligence Analyst

Staffing Now is looking for a detail-driven professional to help protect our organization and clients from fraud, claim leakage, and policy non-compliance. In this role, you’ll proactively identify suspicious claim activity by auditing repair submissions, analyzing trends, and collaborating cross-functionally to safeguard financial performance and operational integrity. Your work will directly support fair, accurate claims handling while maintaining strong loss ratios. This is a contract to hire opportunity in North Austin. What you’ll do: • Analyze claims data to detect irregular patterns, high-risk indicators, and potential fraud • Audit repair submissions for accuracy, compliance, and documentation standards • Identify claim leakage, inconsistencies, and process gaps • Deliver insights and recommendations to reduce risk and financial exposure • Partner with leadership, adjusters, Sales, and Risk teams to resolve issues and enforce best practices • Maintain thorough reporting and documentation to support findings What we’re looking for: • 3+ years in claims, auditing, risk management, or investigations • Strong analytical skills with experience identifying trends in data • Solid understanding of contract coverage and claims processes • High attention to detail and professionalism in sensitive situations • Experience with Excel and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Sigma, etc.) • Strong collaboration and communication skills If you’re passionate about data-driven decision-making, fraud prevention, and operational excellence, we’d love to connect.
