Role description
1 Year Fixed Term Contract Location: Lynton House, IG1 1NY This is an exciting time to be working for the London Borough of Redbridge, we have an ambitious corporate plan that we are committed to delivering and we are in the process of shaping new work streams to fundamentally change the way that the council works in the future and uses its data. We are strengthening our corporate approach to data and performance management whilst ensuring there is robust visibility of data, and appropriate processes in place to deliver our statutory obligations and mitigate risk. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support performance management & reporting, identifying, and advise on service weaknesses to support data collation, statutory reporting and ensure readiness for external inspections within Adult Social Care. The role will lead on the data and performance reporting on Adult Social Care systems and pathways across the partnership, they will support the service to address and resolve identified issues and prevent the need of further data cleansing by embedding a positive performance management culture where data is recorded in a timely and accurate manner to support decision making and ensure compliance to Statutory Returns duties.
